Come and grow with us. Greenly Mortgage is growing and expanding. We are looking for a Producing Sales Manager for our new office (coming soon) in Fairlawn, Ohio.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Managing the production of the branch. Hiring new loan officers, support, and training. Develop professional working relationships with all team members emphasizing respect, integrity, and transparency.
• Responsible for pipeline management and on-time closings of the branch. This includes all aspects of effective originations, timely actions and setting reasonable expectations with all interested parties.
• Constant recruiting and retention activities for both sales and support staff when necessary to ensure continual success of the branch.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Minimum of four years’ experience in mortgage loan originations
• Effective sales and marketing skills, including ability to generate new business through networking and referral partners and other referral sources.
• Strong understanding of loan guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
• Must have an active NMLS license.
• Problem Solving – an ability to effectively analyze and resolve.
