Motion Picture Projectionist sets-up, operates, and maintains media equipment including video, film, slides, audio, motion pictures, slide projectors, and computer equipment. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Being a Motion Picture Projectionist may be required to be certified in an area of specialty. Requires 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Additionally, Motion Picture Projectionist is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Must be willing to travel to dealerships within the Santa Barbara/Buellton area!What are we Looking For?You don't need to have an prior experience, we will train you! If you're hard-working, can work independently, enjoy working outdoors in all weather elements, and are not afraid of physical labor, this could be a career path for you! Many of our photographers love working with cars and photography. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Using your own reliable vehicle for transportation, follow the provided schedule, go straight from home to the assigned dealership locations
- Using a company provided phone, use company app to walk the lot and locate vehicles that need photos and/or spins/videos. Locate keys
- Move vehicles to staging locations
- Shoot photographs
- Shoots spins/videos
- Communicate with dealers regarding vehicles not found, or not ready for photos
Requirements- Reliable vehicle
- Driver License
- Manual transmission experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Customer-service minded; never backing down from a challenge
- Self-motivated, thriving in a independent work environment
- Comfortable with technology
- Interested in learning about automotive photography
- Live close to the assigned territory
- A preliminary internet search will be conducted upon submission of application for employment
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check
