Job Details:

As our Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and ensuring the smooth operations of our office. Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general correspondence

- Coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements

- Assisting with office organization and maintaining office supplies

- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and bill payments

- Providing administrative support to team members as needed

Requirements:

- Exceptional organization and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively

- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude
