Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. - Welcome all customers into the dealership.

- Proactive follow up with potential customers/leads.
- Appointment setting and follow through on scheduled dealership appointments.
- Utilization of CRM system to manage daily workload.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Job Requirements- Motorcycle License Endorsement or ability to obtain a motorcycle license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated, and driven.
- Strong computer and phone skills.
- Ability to follow a structured sales process on value-based selling.
- Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
