Being a Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.     Requirements:
    • Current or previous motorcycling experience (any brand) 
    • Ability to deliver superior customer service
    • Knowledge of the BMW or Ducati motorcycle product lines is a plus but not required.
    • High level of organization and time management abilities
    • Strong critical thinking, problem solving, math, computer, and analytical skills
    • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
    • Valid motorcycle driver’s license
     
    Primary Duties:
    • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the motorcycles, accessories, apparel, and services of the dealership.
    • Assume full responsibility for the entire sales process, from initial greeting to delivery to follow-up and maintaining relationship with customer.
    • Follow up with undecided customers and prospects using various methods of communication
    • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive brands to provide customers with informative comparisons.  Understand financing programs as well as competitive finance sourcing options to provide customers with the best buying or leasing choices.
    • Demonstrate a detailed understanding of BMW and Ducati motorcycle supply status from production to delivery.
