Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and professionalism in all tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Manage office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure they are carried out accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Manage schedules, deadlines, and appointments
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
- Handle payroll processing and maintain employee records
- Manage phone systems and correspondence
- Assist in budgeting and financial tasks
- Support HR functions such as recruitment, training development, and employee relations

Skills:
- Proven experience in office management or similar role
- Strong team management skills
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Experience with phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong budgeting skills to assist in financial management
