Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer repairs and maintains motorcycles. Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent. Being a Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer may have to complete an apprenticeship and/or formal training in area of specialty with 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Motorcycle Mechanic/Repairer relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. Key Areas: - Follow in house sales process - Greet customers immediately in a courteous and friendly manner - Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously - Ensure customers are properly qualified for needs, wants, and ability to buy. - Practice features/benefits selling methodology - Use common and consistent word tracks for vehicle sales, trade-ins and purchases - Conduct pre-delivery inspection prior to delivering bike to customer- Ensure the delivery to customer is an “EVENT" which endears the customer to the dealership - Contact customers using mailing lists, data files and personal follow-up On-site training available. Hourly Commission.
