Responsibilities:
- Perform motorcycle diagnostics to identify issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Conduct vehicle maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tires, fork seals, mileage services.
- Repair and replace faulty components, including brakes, engines, and transmissions
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete repairs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of repairs performed and parts used
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Technician or Motorcycle Mechanic
- Strong knowledge of motorcycle diagnostics and repair techniques
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment
- Ability to perform brake repairs, engine repairs, and other automotive maintenance tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills:
- Service work in the motorcycle industry
