MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER manages a staff of technical production specialists that contribute to and produce multi-platform communications including broadcast, web, social media, and print. Oversees and coordinates graphic design, copywriting, production, and printing processes. Being a MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for producing media content. Familiar with software tools including the Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additionally, MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description:

    Bursar Office Mission:

    To provide courteous and professional service to all customers; accurately, effectively, and efficiently.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Manage the functions and conduct of Student Accounts Office staff (includes representatives (3), analyst (1), coordinator (1), and collections assistant (1))
    • Oversee all daily operations
    • Manage and facilitate past-due collection efforts to include placement with Agency
    • Manage and report Daily Cash Receipts
    • Oversee Title IV Regulation Compliance
    • Assist students, parents, and customers courteously, politely, and professionally
    • Respond and resolve all customer service disputes effectively and efficiently
    • Enforce University Policies and Procedures in a dignified and professional manor
    • Provide assistance to internal and external customers
    • Flexible schedule and ability to react to the seasonal needs of the Bursar's Office
    • Presentations as required
    • Other responsibilities as assigned


    Requirements:

    Knowledge and Skills Needed:

    Required background:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business (Accounting preferred)
    • Master's degree in Business (preferred)
    • Managerial experience
    • 5 years of accounting-related experience
    • Higher Education experience (preferred)
