Job Description: We are seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead our marketing's creative front. This role demands a balance of creativity and strategic thinking, as you will be steering the visual and conceptual direction of our marketing initiatives. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping our brand's voice and presence, ensuring alignment with our high-end service ethos. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement innovative, compelling marketing and advertising campaigns that align with our brand strategy. 
• Lead and mentor a Graphic Designer, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth. 
• Create stunning visuals, videos, and motion graphics that effectively communicate our brand message. 
• Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools to their fullest potential, ensuring top-tier quality in all creative outputs. 
• Collaborate closely with marketing, agencies, partners, practices and other departments to ensure a cohesive brand experience. 
• Manage and oversee the entire creative process, from concept to execution. 
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in design and technology, infusing fresh ideas into our campaigns. 
• Be flexible and adaptive, thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment. 
• Travel as required for company meetings, photoshoots, and other creative endeavors. 

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multimedia Manager or in a similar creative role in a high-end/luxury brand (preferred, but not required). 
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production, and motion graphics. 
• In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). 
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting. 
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
