As a Music Production Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching middle and high school students the art of music production using a digital audio workstation (DAW). You will work on various projects involving artists, commercials, games, Foley, and ADR. Our ideal candidate is someone who is familiar with multiple music genres, a great communicator, able to maintain a high-energy and fun learning environment, and skilled in problem-solving.
As a Cinematography/Filmmaking Instructor, your key responsibilities will include teaching students how to create amazing videos using non-linear video editing software. You will cover various aspects of video production, including storyboarding, scriptwriting, lighting, set design, Foley and ADR, and working with different genres. You will ensure a fast-paced, high-energy, and fun learning atmosphere, and demonstrate patience when working with young students. Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and taking down portable studio equipment.
Class size will range from 8 to 25 students (an assistant will be assigned to larger classes). Requires lifting 25lbs., pushing tables and chairs into position, sitting, standing, setup and take down of portable studio equipment.
