MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER manages a staff of technical production specialists that contribute to and produce multi-platform communications including broadcast, web, social media, and print. Oversees and coordinates graphic design, copywriting, production, and printing processes. Being a MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for producing media content. Familiar with software tools including the Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additionally, MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager.     Your Impact

    • Video Editing – expert in storytelling with visual and audio assets. Following scripts and prompts you can efficiently sort through and combine those assets to elevate predetermined key messages and clarify the story to captivate your audience. Our videos range from long-form educational trainings and documentary content to short social media videos. Be prepared and capable to handle both styles of content and transition between them smoothly.
    • Shooting/ field producing - Looking for someone who can plan shoots, but also is comfortable running-and-gunning in the field. Experience with a wide variety of cameras knowing which camera is right for the task.
    • Travel to and from remote field locations across the US.
    • Lighting - Have a fundamental understanding of lighting. Looking for someone who can light interviews and use lighting to bring their story to life.
    • Composition - Know how to utilize framing and staging to create not just an appealing image, but an impactful one.
    • Efficiency - Time management skills are essential here. Things move very fast in our industry, with deadlines across three time zones. It’s important to know how to optimize your workflows to make the most of your time on each project.
    • Organization- Know how to stay organized with terabytes of assets. You will be asked to collaborate with technical staff from across the U.S. You will need to have the skills to attain all the necessary assets for a project and store them in a way that is remotely accessible and easy to find for other editors.
      Work with project managers, clients, and team members in an office and field environments.
    • Creative Problem Solving – We are guests in an engineering world. Our creative work is often not the priority within their large projects. This means we are looking for someone who knows how to roll with the punches adapt to changing conditions, but still produce exemplary work.
    • Great Attitude/Team Player - With the right attitude and a willingness to learn we’re happy to mold a candidate who meets most of the above criteria. This position is designed for a self-starter who can work within vague parameters, anticipating needs and accepting feedback.
    • Assist with the development of public involvement plans, deliverables and scope development.
    • Take initiative and ownership of public involvement tasks.
    • Work closely with client to ensure communications alignment with agency.
    • Attend virtual and in-person external project, agency, and community meetings to provide updates and identify issues.
    • Adobe Creative Cloud – Proficiency using Adobe tools mainly, Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.


    Minimum Qualifications:

    • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification
    • Extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in all facets of video production including cinematography, color correction/grading, producing, storytelling, photo stitching and editing, directing, motion graphics, video editing and final optimization.
    • The ability to recognize compelling stories while filming and further the story through lens work and on-set producing.
    • Editing experience with Adobe Premiere software
    • Ability to work well with the public and interact effectively with all organizational levels, including agency staff, senior management, executive leadership, board members, community leaders, and city/county/state representatives.
    • Excellent verbal, writing, and presentation skills
    • Ability to work beyond standard business hours.
    • Strong time management skills and high attention to detail
    • Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Willingness and ability to learn new skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience with public information, policy, government relations, public affairs and communications for infrastructure projects.
    • Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
    • Photography (DSLRs, digital cinema cameras and accessories, and lighting).
    • Composite video editing, motion graphics, animation, retouching, and/or illustration.
    • Proficiency in Section 508 ADA compliance standards, file production standards for assisted technologies, document remediation, and compliance/reader software
