MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER jobs in San Antonio, TX

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Multimedia Technician.

Responsibilities:
* Audiovisual Support: Provide technical support for audiovisual equipment including setup, operation, and troubleshooting for events, presentations, and meetings
* Video Production: Assist in video production activities including filming, editing, and post-production tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, and graphics integration
* Graphic Design: Create visually engaging graphics and animations for various multimedia projects including presentations, videos, and digital signage
* Photography: Capture high-quality photographs for use in marketing materials, presentations, and social media channels
* Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and inventory audiovisual equipment, ensuring that all gear is in proper working condition and well-maintained
* Live Streaming: Support live streaming events by setting up and operating streaming equipment, managing camera feeds, and troubleshooting technical issues as they arise
* Digital Asset Management: Organize and manage digital media assets including videos, photos, graphics, and audio files in a centralized digital asset management system
* Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, communications, and events to support their multimedia needs and ensure consistency in branding and messaging
* Training and Documentation: Provide training and technical support to staff members on multimedia equipment and software tools; Develop and maintain documentation and best practices guides for multimedia production processes
* Stay Current: Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in multimedia production and recommend innovative solutions to enhance our multimedia capabilities

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or GED equivalent
* Entry-level experience in setup, support, and maintenance of audio/visual equipment, including LCD/LED TVs, projectors, and PA systems
* Familiarity with tiered support structures in organizations
* Proven experience in setup, support, and maintenance of multifunctional printers, scanners, and plotters
* Strong ability to follow directions and analyze problems to deliver results
* Basic knowledge of PC networking concepts and terminology, with familiarity with Windows Active Directory
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and email

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
