MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER jobs in Vineland, NJ

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Visual Media, Marketing, or relevant field
• 5 years' relevant professional experience in all aspects of video production, including concept development, scriptwriting, shooting, editing and post-production. Health care experience preferred. Recent experience in each area of responsibility is required
• 5 years' technical experience in video editing software, namely Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects
• 3 years' experience managing video production teams and/or external production vendors.
• 3 years' producing video content optimized for social media/web
• 2 years' experience collaborating in the development of omni-channel marketing content strategy
• 1 years' experience making data-based design decisions to improve content performance
• 1 years' photography/art direction experience
• Experience working with Canon C200 cameras

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Exceptional visual storytelling abilities and a strong understanding of narrative structure and visual aesthetics
