MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER manages a staff of technical production specialists that contribute to and produce multi-platform communications including broadcast, web, social media, and print. Oversees and coordinates graphic design, copywriting, production, and printing processes. Being a MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER implements policies, procedures, and guidelines for producing media content. Familiar with software tools including the Adobe Creative Suite - Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Additionally, MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a MULTIMEDIA SERVICES MANAGER typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required. The Clinical Services Manager is both an educator and a quality outcomes specialist and will cover dialysis clinics in north-east Iowa. Key responsibilities will include development, review, and roll out of clinical policies and education materials; implementation and monitoring of plans to meet facility goals; and sharing best practices that support quality management programs. Additional duties may include assisting in preceptor training programs and training teammates, management, and patients.

- Associate degree, bachelors preferred
- Current RN or Registered Dietitian license in state of practice required
- Minimum of 3 years of nephrology experience preferred
- Experience in researching, updating, and maintaining clinical policies and procedures preferred
- Flexibility in scheduling and ability to travel
- Experience in teaching the adult learner strongly preferred with demonstrated ability to communicate technical/medical information in lay terms as necessary
- CNN or CDN, Bonent certification within one year of hire or position change
- Current driver's license in state of residence and insurable driving record required
- Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
