Visitor Services Associate, Part-Time
Job Description
The Erie Art Museum is seeking a part-time Visitor Services Associate that functions as the first point-of-contact for visitors and callers to the Museum. This role is a front-of-house position and responsibilities include:
This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to interact effectively with the public. This position also includes some special event work, tours, weekend, and evening hours. This is a part-time position not to exceed 20 hours a week working approximately 2-3 days per week and reports to the Director of Marketing and Visitor Services Coordinator.

Physical Requirements
This position requires movement through walking, standing, moving through the space in a wheelchair or other mobility assistance device. Physical demands may also include lifting packages, mail deliveries, and occasionally moving tables. Accommodations can be met for those that have mobility needs.
