COMPENSATION: 12 Month Secretarial Pay Scale
Note: Starting pay is based on 0-3 year of experience, meeting the minimum qualifications (i.e. HS / GED);

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent with training in business and/or office skills; Must demonstrate proficiency in filing, operating office equipment, use of word processing and data entry software, and keyboarding; Previous experience in clerical work is preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: To assist in the functioning of the Special Education Program by entering all required data into the database to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. This work involves responsibility for ensuring the smooth flow of correspondence and attention to administrative action matters in office operations. Work is performed in accordance with accepted standards and techniques for secretarial assignments and with strict confidentiality.
