Scope of position:
The Manager of Advancement Services and Donor Research has primary responsibility for developing and executing strategies to ensure the efficient use of the systems, data, and technical tools utilized for fundraising and donor research initiatives.
The Manager will have comprehensive understanding of current donor systems, data quality, database architecture, and tools to oversee system usage, data storage, reporting capabilities, data accuracy processes, and user training and training materials. This role will support Museum-wide data integration or platform migration initiatives that involve donor information.
In addition, the Manager will provide prospect research support to frontline fundraising staff. Prospect research functions include identifying, collecting, and analyzing prospective and existing donors using biographical, wealth, financial and philanthropic information.
