The National Accounts Manager typically work with national accounts and other strategically important clients. Develops relationships with the largest and most complex clients in order to increase revenue. Being a National Accounts Manager has detailed knowledge of products and services being offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet client needs. Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and seeks business expansion opportunities with current clients. In addition, National Accounts Manager visits client locations periodically to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. Provides sales quotations and responds to requests for proposals. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being a National Accounts Manager works autonomously. Goals are generally communicated in "solution" or project goal terms. May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in the area of specialization. Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. National Accounts Sales Representative

  • BELFOR Franchise Group is seeking a performance-driven candidate for the National Accounts Sales Representative role. This position will be responsible for expanding existing National Accounts as well as obtaining new Corporate Accounts throughout various regions in the United States. The representative will be working with several of the brands under the BELFOR Franchise Group umbrella by selling the services for our franchise owners.

    Successful candidates will be able to secure regional and national commercial accounts through the selling of our processes. Our national accounts program drives additional revenue for local franchises in addition to their own local efforts.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Selling and promoting services to clients in a protected geographic territory
    • Increasing market share and achieving sales goals
    • Presenting services/proposals to potential and existing clients
    • Building rapport with agents and related affiliate service professionals
    • Maintaining current business and developing new business
    • Reviewing market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and rates
    • Monitoring and evaluating the activities and products of service competitors
    • Attending trade association conventions to represent services

    Qualifications and Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years outside sales experience
    • Some experience in cold calling as a method of sales
    • A proven record of success with strong closing skills
    • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
    • Experience in a franchise environment a plus, but not required
    • Self-motivated, creative and the ability to work independently
    • Excellent work ethic and integrity (background checks and drug screens will be performed)
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • Up to 30% travel required
