Duties and responsibilities
· Facilitate and supervise daily operations at the store site to make sure that employees work together effectively to make sales orders accurate and complete.
· Process and communicate with customers and vendors in scheduling and tracking individual custom orders from start to finish.
· Supervise, train, and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance, and product promotions.
· Seek ways to promote product line, and customer service within the store.
· Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implement purchasing plans and maintain contact with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in product delivery.
· Ensure the store remains clean and presentable at all times.
· Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
Qualifications
The Right candidate should have
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· At least 1 year of retail experience
· Experience with Microsoft office and outlook
· Excellent organizational skills
· The ability to multi-task
· The ability to meet deadlines
· Social Media Posting and Promotion Experience
· Some basic graphic design skills using Photoshop or Adobe illustrator.
