Responsible for marketing and opening new accounts, providing excellent customer service and handling customer issues.
Assists customers with bank transactions in accordance with approved policies and procedures, balance transactions daily and provide excellent customer service.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
Open checking accounts, savings accounts, certificates of deposits, savings bonds and IRAs. Compile information about new accounts, enter account information into computers, and file related forms or other documents.
Perform teller duties as required.
Process wire transfers of funds requests.
Perform foreign currency transactions and sell traveler's checks.
Order checks and deposit tickets for customers.
Answer customers' questions, explain and recommend bank products and services based on customers needs.
Respond to and follow-up with customer inquiries, complaints, and problems.
Handle opening, closing, and maintenance of safe deposit boxes.
Arrive at work promptly as scheduled, following written security procedures.
Provide assistance to customers in lobby, drive-through, and over the telephone.
Work closely with support personnel in researching customer requests.
Adhere to written bank policies and procedures as directed.
Maintain good punctuality and attendance to work.
Provide excellent customer service.
