Pursues relationships with potential new accounts and seeks business expansion opportunities with current clients. In addition, National Accounts Manager visits client locations periodically to ensure client satisfaction and promote ongoing contract renewal. About the Yakima Regional Manager Role:
As a member of the DS Advisors team, the primary role of the Yakima Regional Manager (YRM) is to lead a team of various experts in investments, planning, trust, banking, and lending. A substantial part of this duty will be assisting the Director of Regional Offices in implementation of the growth strategy for the Yakima region. This will include, but not be limited to, retaining, and acquiring strong referral sources, leading the development of all business lines, marketing Baker Boyer in the Yakima Region, and recruiting and interviewing new teammates. The YRM will establish individual and team goals, coach employees, and oversee and enhance team outreach efforts.

Education and Experience:
Graduation from a four-year college or university, preferably with a degree in finance, accounting, business, law, or related field. Four to six years in a client-facing service and sales role, where a primary responsibility was team engagement, client retention and growth of client relationships. Preferably in banking, finance, accounting, or law environment. Management and leadership experience as well as, ideally, knowledge and expertise in one or more areas of marketing, banking, or asset management or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge and abilities.
