Currently, Taber is seeking a National Account Manager - OEM East to join our Team Taber.  At Taber, National Account Managers are vital to the success of our organization. As a direct link to our customers you will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders as well as other team members within the Taber Sales Organization and Operations Team to deliver the extrusion solutions our customers need. Job Summary National Account Manager- OEM East plays a crucial role in managing relationships with key clients and ensuring the efficient distribution of products or services to various locations across the country. The specific duties and responsibilities may vary based on the industry and company requirements. Duties and Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with national-level clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Act as the main point of contact between the company and its national accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's market share within national accounts. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and explore avenues for business growth. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with national clients, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties. Work closely with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Performance Analysis: Analyze sales and distribution data to evaluate the performance of national accounts and identify areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance metrics and suggesting actionable insights. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to national accounts.
