Commercial Vehicle (Heavy Duty) National Accounts Manager

Salary: $125,000 - $175,000 (Base & Commission)

Ohio-Based commercial vehicle components distributor is looking to increase sales in the North American market

Job Details

You will manage and grow the aftermarket customer base for the North America selling rebuild and preventative maintenance parts for transmissions, axles, and wheel-end, and other related components.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop a comprehensive and sustainable and detailed multi-year sales plan aligned with overall corporate goals for the region while continuously identifying where improvements can be made for such plans and strategies to achieve or surpass sales goals.
• Develop and foster relationships with new and existing customers.
• Interface with various departments with the objective of expanding product coverage and adding new programs to company’s product portfolio.
• Defining pricing and promotional policies aiming at simultaneously maximizing revenue and profit margin.
• Work with management and Product Management in the development of promotional, advertising and point-of-sales materials as well as in events participation such as trade shows.

Job Requirements:

At least six years of related experience in the commercial vehicle, heavy duty truck industry; specifically: Rebuilders, Aftermarket distributors, and Original Equipment Manufacturers

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Travel 20-30%
• ERP Experience (Microsoft Dynamics a plus)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Whatever it Takes Attitude
• Mechanical Acumen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
