Job Description:

Position Overview:

As an Entry-Level Administrative Assistant at JayKay Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, communication with clients and team members, and providing excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with general office tasks, including filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
• Data entry and maintenance of records in both English and Spanish.
• Answer and direct phone calls and messages in a professional and courteous manner in both English and Spanish.
• Assist in coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
• Translate written materials from English to Spanish and vice versa.
• Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
• Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (spoken and written) is essential.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required.
