Network Control Center Director directs activities of the network control function of the organization. Determines quality levels for network transmission and performance and ensures levels are met. Being a Network Control Center Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The Network Control Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Network Control Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Core Responsibilities- Be logged into the telephony system
- Handle up to 50 total calls daily
- Respond to SMS, Email and Voicemails from customers
- Assist customers with scheduling their standard maintenance
- Assist customers with customer service complaints and concerns
- Communicate company initiatives to customers (marketing, sales, etc.)
- Direct customers to appropriate departments (where applicable)
- Participate in cross training within other departments to strengthen skill set
- Assist management with non recurring tasks as needed
- Customer data entry
- Identify opportunities to update or improve customer service procedures and make recommendations to the appropriate staff
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Must possess a high school diploma, or equivalent
- Customer service experience preferred (call center, hospitality, service industry, automotive industry etc.)
- Basic understanding of G-Suite applications (Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets
- Become an expert at PestRoutes - our CRM
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed.
