Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: $17 - $20 per hour

Call Center Representative Overview: As a Call Center Representative at Seronda Networks, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. You'll play a vital role in delivering a positive customer experience and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and promotions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and tact.
• Follow call scripts and protocols to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with call center software.
