Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate for this position will hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree and possess experience in the classroom. Must have proficient computer skills and further, he or she will have the following characteristics: (1) demonstrate genuine care for children and a love of learning; (2) take initiative; (3) perform duties cheerfully; (4) think creatively; (5) exhibit an outgoing personality and high enthusiasm; (6) comfortable talking with parents and teachers; (7) remain focused on constant improvement; (8) stay organized; (9) meet deadlines; and (10) Math expertise through calculus a plus.
