Network Control Center Director jobs in Lubbock, TX

Network Control Center Director directs activities of the network control function of the organization. Determines quality levels for network transmission and performance and ensures levels are met. Being a Network Control Center Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. The Network Control Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. To be a Network Control Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience.     • $60-$75K income range. Base pay is $55,000 guaranteed. Most Center Directors earn between an additional $5,000 and $15,000 in bonus annually.

    As a Center Director, you will be expected to:

    • Lead the revenue generating activities of the center.
    • Become a trusted advisor to families who come to Sylvan, from the very first inquiry to the final progress conference.
    • Maximize student enrollments for your center.
    • Execute best marketing practices to increase buzz and awareness of Sylvan Learning in your region.
    • Deliver 5-star level service to ensure parents and kids not only keep coming back, but also find themselves spreading the word about the impact Sylvan is making in their lives.
    • Manage your Center’s business performance, including revenue, expenses, and accounts receivables.
    • Deliver consultations and conferences with parents alongside your educational staff.
    • Recruit, train, and manage your Center's team.
