Network Control Center Director directs activities of the network control function of the organization. Determines quality levels for network transmission and performance and ensures levels are met. Being a Network Control Center Director requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to top management. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. For our Director positions, you are responsible for effectively and efficiently running all daily operations. We are looking for a highly driven and committed individual who wants to be an inspiration to the young staff we are providing jobs and life skills for, as well as helping families bond, grow and become a larger family with us!

    Some of the exciting things that you will do as a Center Director include, but are not limited to:

    • Manage the day-to-day operations including the financial progress of the center
    • Assist teachers with weekly development and execution of curriculum and program activities
    • Conduct specialized phone and in-center tours for prospective parents; and enroll new families
    • Build strong relationships with families/children while handling any parental concerns/questions
    • Ensure our Little Learners assessments are implemented, and appropriate practices are in place
    • Ensure licensing standards are met while assisting in the accreditation process for the center
    • Create and implement local marketing plans to drive enrollment
    • Ensure a safe environment for the children in our care

    Qualifications for our Center Directors include:

    • Prior experience as a Center Director or Assistant Director in a Childcare Center
    • Associate's Degree or Higher in Early Childhood Education, Child Development or Child-Related field
    • CPR and First Aid Certification
    • Meet background check requirements with fingerprint clearance
    • Provide negative TB test results prior to starting position
    • Dependable and flexible self-starter with a strong work ethic
    • Positive attitude with excellent verbal and written communication
    • Strong leadership with organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
    • Computer proficiency with the ability to learn internal software programs
    • Excellent multi-tasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines
