The Director is responsible for implementing the Scholarship Center goal of creating a process through which students can graduate student-loan debt-free and with financial literacy. The Director will supervise assistants, work-study students, and interns. The Director will oversee the development of digital scholarship portfolios, manage a scholarship application process, maintain a library of open scholarships, grants & internships, track scholarship submissions, and document awards received. Working with Business and Finance, the Director will ensure that all students with a balance subscribe to Scholly, maintain an up-to-date UNCF profile, and submit at least two scholarship applications per month if opportunities are available. All Livingstone students with a balance will be required to submit applications for open scholarships for which they are eligible and meet the eligibility criteria. The Director will also participate in organizing financial literacy modules, chart student progress, and recruit topic leaders.
