The new hire will help manage all front and back office needs as well as patient relationships. This position requires an outgoing, energetic and friendly personality with great communication skills. 90% of this job is interacting with people face-to-face, and over the phone.

Someone who can think creatively and has experience with financial transactions, scheduling and payment softwares, customer service, alternative health care and understands the unique qualities of a conscious lifestyle.

Roles and Responsibilities

-Greet patients and help them settle into our healing environment

-Process payment from patients

-Insurance eligibility and billing

-Assist patients with creative financial solutions for their care

-Maintain patient files and confidential information with discretion

-Answer questions about the gentle Chiropractic services we offer

-Administrative duties such as vendor communication, office supply inventory, office statistics, and other business needs

-Event planning and active participation at internal and external marketing events

-Community Outreach

-Create marketing materials for in-office events (experience with Canva and Constant Contact is a bonus!)

-Actively participate in growing the practice

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements

-AA degree, Bachelor’s degree or higher

-2 or more years of office management and/or administrative experience

-Marketing experience is valued

-Candidates with prior experience with high volume front desk management are prioritized, as well as experience in a medical, dental, optometry, or alternative healthcare office.

-Prior knowledge of CareCredit®, MINDBODY Online® software, insurance/Medicare billing and high volume/high-end customer service will help expedite training and advancement to higher wages.

-Must have some experience with children, and infants.

Additional Information

Base pay starts at $21/hour with the opportunity to make up to $25/hour based on performance/experience levels.

Opportunity for additional bonuses available immediately based on performance and office goals achieved.

Must be available Monday-Friday AM & PM hours. Earliest times we open is 8 or 8:30AM, and latest we are at the office is 7 or 7:30PM. Shifts are overlapped with other staff or solo once fully trained.

Job Type: Part time/full-time. 20-35 hours a week. NOTE: this is not a 40-50 hour a week job.
