Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Manager develops capacity planning forecasts and strategies. Manages relations with vendors and service providers and monitors performance quality to ensure required service levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Control Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Control Center Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • The Challenge:

    The Accounting Manager plays a crucial role in managing the accounting operations of the company. This position involves overseeing the accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and collaborating with other departments to support the organization's strategic goals.     What you'll do:

    •      Prepare, review, and distribute accurate financial statements, reports, and analysis to senior management.
    • Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for improving financial performance.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide variance analysis against budgets and forecasts.
    • Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
    • Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
    • Delegate tasks, set goals, and provide guidance to ensure team members' professional growth and development.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
    • Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
    • Review and approve financial transactions, including expense reports and purchase orders.
    • Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and reviews.
    • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and mitigate risk.
    • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and recommend adjustments to processes as needed.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance the accuracy and effectiveness of financial operations.
    • Work closely with departments such as Operations, Sales, and HR to provide financial insights and support for decision-making.
    • Monitor cash flow and liquidity, making recommendations to optimize cash utilization and investments.
    • Ensure timely funding of operational needs and adherence to working capital targets.
    • Continuously improve skills and knowledge to enhance job performance.

    What you'll need to succeed:

    • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CMA, CPA) is a plus.
    • Proven experience (typically 4-6 years) in finance or accounting roles, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
    • Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards.
    • Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, NetSuite).
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Leadership and team management abilities.
