Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Sales Manager / Director will promote the entire Re S.p.A. product range by interacting regularly with existing customers, as well as identifying and pursuing new business prospects. The position requires active sales outreach via telephone and email, and necessitates some business travel to show and sell products in person.
Candidates must be motivated, hard-working, and self-disciplined. Ideally, the position is on-site at our office and warehouse in Pembroke, Massachusetts, Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm. However, we will consider hybrid or remote situations for the right candidate. Business travel and trade show travel will, at times, require different and longer hours.
