Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Manager develops capacity planning forecasts and strategies. Manages relations with vendors and service providers and monitors performance quality to ensure required service levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Network Control Center Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Job Summary
The Pest Control Technician is responsible for exterminating or controlling unwanted pests such as mice, insects, wasps, etc. in and around the customer’s homes and property. This includes remediation work. The Pest Control Technician performs essential job functions and other duties as assigned by the Pest Control Manager.
Classification: Full-time/Hourly/Non-exempt
Work Location: On the road. Local travel within territory.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday and weekends as needed. Overtime if needed.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Riding in a car for periods of time. Bending, kneeling and crawling into tight spaces to carry out site inspections. Requires standing for a long period of time. Work with pesticides (training and protective equipment to ensure safety). Wearing a mask, safety glasses, hat, gloves, long sleeves, long pants, and boots in all temperatures. Climbing ladders and walking roofs to inspect and treat problem areas.
TRAVEL
Some local travel required. Must have a valid driver’s license and have and maintain a driving record acceptable to our insurance company.
