Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. POSITION PURPOSE:
In support of the Northwind IT Infrastructure organization, this position will be responsible for monitoring the Hanford Accreditation Boundary General Support System referred to as the Hanford Local Area Network (HLAN) Information System. Services include but are not limited to core network infrastructure (i.e., routers, switches, firewalls etc.), authentication services, servers, storage, Internet, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and other HLAN resources, infrastructure, and facilities for faults, service interruptions, and performance degradation.
