Network Control Center Manager manages the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Directs testing, configuration changes, or upgrades to network hardware or software. Being a Network Control Center Manager oversees monitoring of the network traffic and performance to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Leads incident response and implements standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. THE POSITION
As District Manager, you will lead multiple Event Network store partnerships within a specific business unit team, responsible for building and retaining a high performing and diverse workforce of Store Directors and Assistant Store Directors while contributing to the Company’s talent planning. You will also be responsible for building, inspiring, and leading the Company’s vision and strategy to the store team and partner’s management team in a manner consistent with our Core Values. As Senior Director Store Quality, you will also lead the store teams to meet net income goals, sales goals, per caps and all operating and people objectives through operational excellence, coaching and accountability. In addition, in partnership with the Store Director, you will be responsible for overall guest service and merchandise presentation in your respective area. You will be the main point of contact for your respective partnerships and build a web of relationships throughout the partner staff at all stores in your business unit. The Senior Director Store Quality is part of the Store Quality Team, serving as an advocate for our stores and partners and acts as an ambassador within the Company and the external marketplace.
