Network Control Center Supervisor supervises network control technicians in the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Oversees routine testing, configuration changes, or network hardware or software upgrades. Being a Network Control Center Supervisor ensures network traffic and performance monitoring processes are running to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Responds to incidents using standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Supervisor coordinates with vendors and service providers to ensure required service and quality levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Control Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. The purpose of the position exists to effectively learn to manage the day to day details of each assigned account and will be taught to be responsible for our cleaning/custodian team. The supervisor in training will learn to ensure all employees/cleaners have the necessary tools, materials, and resources to complete their daily task. You will need to train, motivate and coach as needed and make recommendations to the cleaning team supervised. The supervisor in training will also need the ability to cope with frequent changes in priority of assignments and may need to cover cleaning job duties if there is a call off or a cleaner on vacation. We are looking for responsible people that understand how to deal with various duties that may arise during the shift.
Must be able to push, pull, and lift 35 lbs on a continuous basis.
Must be able to stand/walk for long periods.
You must pass a criminal background check.
Hourly rate: $18.00-$23.00 per hour depending on experience. With bonus potential!
