Network Control Center Supervisor supervises network control technicians in the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Oversees routine testing, configuration changes, or network hardware or software upgrades. Being a Network Control Center Supervisor ensures network traffic and performance monitoring processes are running to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Responds to incidents using standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Supervisor coordinates with vendors and service providers to ensure required service and quality levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Control Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Responsible for day-to-day supervision of front office, nurses or other clinicians and allied health staff.

Frye Regional Medical Center, located in the beautiful foothills of North Carolina is a 355-bed acute care hospital, 81-bed Behavioral Health facility and more than 70 primary and specialty care providers.
Essential Functions
1. Participates in the hiring, supervision, and evaluation of assigned staff.
2. Schedules staffing to meet changing workload needs.
3. Coordinates the daily operations of the physician office, including the medical records process, patient and physician scheduling, controlling the front desk, accounts payable, confirming appointments, office supplies and insurance verification.
4. Charge entry and patient balance processing.
5. Monitor and audit cash/payment funds.
6. Daily reconciliation of charges and payments.
7. Provides professional and technical support to staff and troubleshoots the delivery of patient care.
8. Identifies training needs for staff and facilitates staff development. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of training, orientation, and education programs
9. Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with standards, laws, regulations, and procedures. Recommends new and/or revised policies and procedures to the department manager.
10. Reviews and uses clinical and medical records to determine health care patterns and assignment of appropriate resources. Ensures corrective actions.
11. Additional responsibilities as needed.

Minimum Education
Associates degree required.
Clinical license preferred.
Years of experience can be considered in lieu of education.
Minimum Work Experience
Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a medical office setting.
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
