Network Control Center Supervisor jobs in Lafayette, LA

We have an opportunity for a dietary supervisor to join our award-winning, family-oriented, community hospital on a relief basis. Working shifts are 4:30am to 01:30pm or 10:30am to 07:00pm.

The following education, license and skills allow you to be considered: • High School Diploma. College Degree Preferred in Nutrition Science, Dietary Management or Hotel & Restaurant Management. • One year supervisory experience in a heath care facility. • Experience in food safety and sanitation. • Experience in regular and therapeutic diets, purchasing, portion control, and food preparation. • Certification is preferred but not required.

If you join our team, you will enjoy the following responsibilities: • Supervises patient food service employees. • Ensures proper safety and sanitation are maintained in the dietary department at all times. • Receives deliveries when the inventory control supervisor is not present. • Performs tasks and assignments primarily under the supervision of the FS Assistant Manager.
