Network Control Center Supervisor supervises network control technicians in the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Oversees routine testing, configuration changes, or network hardware or software upgrades. Being a Network Control Center Supervisor ensures network traffic and performance monitoring processes are running to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Responds to incidents using standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Supervisor coordinates with vendors and service providers to ensure required service and quality levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Control Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Descripción del empleo
- Supervisar las actividades que viene desarrollando nuestras contratistas para el área de GDS – Network Delivery.
- Visitas inopinadas en las actividades en campo programadas por nuestras contratistas .
- Validación de cumplimiento de perfil de supervisor al personal de TIVIT mediante entrevistas y evaluación técnica)
- Reportes y visibilidad en campo de las actividades desarrolladas por las contratistas garantizando el cumplimiento de las normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente declaradas en los procedimientos de trabajo.
- Generación de balotario para evaluación de supervisores.
- Revisión de procedimientos, plan de trabajo, IPER, IIAS elaborados por nuestras contratistas.
- Búsqueda de una mejora continua para garantizar que la seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente estén protegidos en la mayor medida posible durante la ejecución de las diferentes actividades desarrolladas por GDS.
Requisitos
- Ingeniero [email protected] y [email protected] Electricista, electrónico, mecanico electrico, energia y/o telecomunicaciones con mínimo 5 años de experiencia en SUPERVISION de obras y mantenimiento en 3 sistemas: telecomunicaciones, líneas y subestaciones eléctricas en MT y AT.
- Contar con licencia de conducir AI y auto propio (de preferencia)
- Proactivo, que sepa interactuar con el cliente, con don de liderazgo, manejo de grupo y que sepa trabajar bajo presión, manejo de cuadros estadísticos, y experiencia en análisis de procesos constructivos documentarios.
- Manejo de Ms Office Intermedio y Autocad.
