Job Description

Corporate Supervisors assist Corporate Sales Department Management in a variety of job duties, including sales, training, and leadership.

Job activities pertain to the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s D2D sales program(s).

Specific Duties Include :

• Master D2D sales skills using Cook’s on-line, and instructor led training
• Acquire necessary skills and state certification, as necessary
• Follow Cook’s sales formula and approach to quality prospects
• Sell Cook’s program(s) D2D
• Conducting D2D training for assigned trainee
• Proficient usage of company’s enterprise system
• Accurate execution and completion of paperwork
• Observation of field personnel
• The evaluation and testing of sales protocol, programs and equipment
• Conducting sales training presentations at the corporate and district level.
• Achieve monthly sales quotas of pest control sales
• Understand and navigate competitive landscape
• Other duties as assigned.

Extensive travel within assigned areas, to various Districts and Corporate Office for program enhancement

Qualifications

• Some sales experience is helpful
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills including the use of email
• Excellent communication skills, proper grammar, and punctuation
• Ability to perform basic math computation
• Reliable in attendance with a great attitude and work ethic
• Ability to perform work with minimal supervision
• Must be able to type a minimum of 25-30 WPM with 100% accuracy
• An acceptable Drug Test, Criminal Background check and Driving Record
