Network Control Center Supervisor supervises network control technicians in the daily activities of a network service function to ensure efficient, reliable, and secure operations that meet users' needs. Oversees routine testing, configuration changes, or network hardware or software upgrades. Being a Network Control Center Supervisor ensures network traffic and performance monitoring processes are running to identify and troubleshoot any issues. Responds to incidents using standard incident management processes, including root cause analysis (RCA) of any issues to identify and deploy corrective actions. Additionally, Network Control Center Supervisor coordinates with vendors and service providers to ensure required service and quality levels are delivered. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Center Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Network Control Center Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.     Pay Range = $67,000 - $75,000 annually

    • Must have experience in Call Centers, preferably in a financial company
    • FINRA SIE, 6 or 7 is required OR must be obtained within the first 6 months
    • Be comfortable with conflict resolution, including with clients, subordinates and within inter departments.
    • Working hours ideal will be from 6am-3pm, however, okay with 8am-5pm
    Bachelor's degree preferred3 to 5 years of Call Center and Customer Service requiredProficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.2 years of Financial Services experience in a broker/dealer or financial institution is required .Product Knowledge and the Broker Dealer Ability to meet company service and quality standards.Job SummaryThe Service Center Supervisor oversees daily operations and activities in the call center. Ensures call center performance are met, including service levels, customer service satisfaction and productivity. Monitors and evaluates staff members through careful and regular assessment to improve performance and achieve expected volume.

    Major Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Service Center Supervisor ensures that customer's questions and problems are resolved adequately and efficiently. Responsible for handling complicated inquiries or challenging customers when more in-depth and knowledgeable assistance is needed. Reports and resolves customer and operational issues that negatively impact service quality.
    Be familiar with the company's policies, procedures, and practices. Leads and directs the work of department staff. Responsible for monitoring research requests and service requests and ensures that service level standards are met.Make recommendations to management on trends which include analyzing research and service requests. Monitor the call log and Not in Good Order report daily and communicate service level short falls to management and staff regarding responsiveness standards.
    A liaison between IT and the service center. Conducts call monitoring on the "technical" aspects of the service calls to identify training recommendations or servicing issues. Prepares report findings to the Service Center Management team for decision implementation of training needed.
