Identifies and troubleshoots network issues and follows procedures to resolve problems. Being a Network Control Technician documents network issues and configuration changes as soon as they occur. May perform upgrades, preventative maintenance, or equipment installation. Additionally, Network Control Technician follows standard operating procedures to notify users of outages or changes to network status. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Technician work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. As a Network Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, and optimization of the network infrastructure. This role is essential in ensuring that our systems run efficiently, securely, and without disruptions. You will work closely with other IT team members to provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall stability and performance of our network. Additional support for end-users via remote and onsite support.
