Network Control Technician jobs in Honolulu, HI

Network Control Technician monitors performance and performs maintenance processes to ensure network systems operate at required levels of speed and reliability. Identifies and troubleshoots network issues and follows procedures to resolve problems. Being a Network Control Technician documents network issues and configuration changes as soon as they occur. May perform upgrades, preventative maintenance, or equipment installation. Additionally, Network Control Technician follows standard operating procedures to notify users of outages or changes to network status. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Technician work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role.     Key Responsibilities:

    As a Pest Control Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our customers and their homes. Your daily activities will include, but are not limited to:

    • Following a daily schedule to ensure timely arrival at each appointment
    • Performing inspections for pests, pest harborages, and pest entry ways
    • Determining, recommending, and providing effective pest control services
    • Preparing detailed reports of services rendered for customers
    • Operating and maintaining company-provided service vehicles and equipment
    • Safely utilizing, securing, and storing pest control products and materials

    Qualifications:

    To thrive in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

    • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
    • Have a high school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
    • Possess a valid Hawaii Driver's License
    • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
    • Previous customer service experience is preferred
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
