Network Control Technician monitors performance and performs maintenance processes to ensure network systems operate at required levels of speed and reliability. Identifies and troubleshoots network issues and follows procedures to resolve problems. Being a Network Control Technician documents network issues and configuration changes as soon as they occur. May perform upgrades, preventative maintenance, or equipment installation. Additionally, Network Control Technician follows standard operating procedures to notify users of outages or changes to network status. May require an associate degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Network Control Technician work is closely managed. Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Job Description
We are currently seeking qualified Technicians to perform pest management services for our service routes. Technicians are responsible for assessing pest management strategies in both residential and commercial settings in consultation with company managers, arranging sales contracts with new clients, applying and/or installing intervention materials as needed, and educating clients on management procedures. In addition to basic duties, the skilled Technician will also be expected to provide support for the company management team, and should be able to complete prioritized tasks on time while properly documenting all work performed.
For those new to Technician work, this position offers a starting wage of $18 per hour during training, progressing to $20 per hour after training completion (160 hours) and achieving an established route with opportunities for sales commissions, pay raises, and earned vacation time. Experienced and/or licensed Technicians will be offered pay commensurate with their experience. Other benefits include optional 401K matching retirement plan and health coverage stipend.
