Network Engineer develops and deploys plans and designs of network systems that will meet an organization's requirements for performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Conducts network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. Being a Network Engineer defines monitoring, maintenance, expansion, contingency, and recovery plans and strategies to ensure the network is responsive to changes in demand. Troubleshoots network issues and develops appropriate solutions, resources, and deployment processes. The Network Engineer is responsible for leading the direction of internal team members and vendors related to all network and telephony infrastructure. This includes primary services like firewalls, routers, switches, WAPs, load balancers, and IDS devices. The position also must monitor and maintain systems that run these services, participate in planning meetings, help employees with problems , and provide expertise to keep the services running over the network at all Paradies corporate and field sites. Ensure the integrity and high availability of the network infrastructure to provide maximum performance for the user community that includes Paradies Lagardère Support Center staff, field personnel, clients, partners, customers, and suppliers.
