Description
SAIC is seeking a Network Administrator to join our team based out of Norfolk, VA.
The qualified candidate will be a part of a small, agile team that provides on-site FSET support. Embedded Support personnel are considered mission essential and deployable on any Combat Commands exercises or operations. The Team provides on-site C2 Family of Systems (FoS) technical support at the Combat Command garrison and deployed locations where the C2 System is fielded. Teams located at these sites shall support not only those specific geographical locations, but also all deployment sites within the Combat Command’s Area of Responsibility (AOR) and other Combat Command as needed. Requirement for Operation and Maintenance support is typically 5 days a week for each C2 FoS fielded system. Work hours in excess of 40 hours per week per person may be required during contingency operations (deployments or exercises), an alternate work schedule may be required to support 24/7 operations. Typical core hours are 0800 to 1700.
