    Responsibilities:
    • Design and Implementation: Employ system analysis techniques to create needs assessments. Collaborate with clients to determine business goals, hardware and software requirements, and system specifications. Design comprehensive IT solutions that align with client needs.
    • Testing and Troubleshooting: Implement and test client systems to meet business and technical specifications. Troubleshoot issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.
    • Documentation: Document client systems meticulously, facilitating future training and support activities.
    • Client Support: Identify and respond to customer questions, issues, and service opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring effective use of IT as a business tool.
    • Project Management: Manage internal and external resources for project scheduling, implementation, and timely delivery. Thrive under demanding time constraints.
    • Best Practices: Oversee internal resources on client engagements, ensuring adherence to best practices.
    • Performance Evaluation: Provide input on network and desktop consultants' performance related to client projects. Your insights will inform hire/fire decisions and performance evaluations.
    • Industry Standards: Deliver IT services to clients following industry best practices.
    • Prioritization: Independently prioritize work and schedules to achieve client objectives while maintaining high-quality service.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certifications preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in network engineering or related roles.
    • Technical Skills:
      • Proficiency in network design, troubleshooting, and optimization.
      • Windows server administration expertise.
      • Virtualization experience (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
      • Performance tuning and backup/restore knowledge.
      • Familiarity with documentation tools.
    • Soft Skills:
      • Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
      • Strong problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
