Network Engineering Manager manages and implements the plans, designs, and development of all aspects of network systems that will meet an organization's requirements for performance, security, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Identifies network requirements for hardware, software, and services that will provide optimal solutions and meet the capacity requirement for the organization. Being a Network Engineering Manager conducts network architecture design, feasibility, and cost studies. SALARY RANGE: $65,000 to $75,000
GENERAL MANAGER SUMMARY: The General Manager QSR leads the operation of the restaurants within the convenience store. The Restaurant General Manager has the overall responsibility for directing the daily operations of the restaurants, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, hiring, termination and retention of team members, financial accountability, and ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position requires supervisory responsibilities of crew members, shift leaders, and shift managers.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This position will require long periods of standing on hard surfaces, occasionally in warm temperatures. There is also likely to be extensive lifting of supplies and materials and moderate to loud noise. The use of hands and arms to reach for, grasp and manipulate objects is required. Finger dexterity may be required for cash register use. There will be constant exposure to hot equipment, sharp objects including knives and deli slicing equipment.

Frisbie Food Network is a part of the Noble family that includes gas stations, convenience stores, car washes and multiple food concepts both freestanding and within our convenience stores. We currently have over 10 locations within Connecticut but over the next 18 to 24 locations, we intend to grow by 200% within our car wash and convenience store formats. These convenience stores are new to industry (NTI) sites in Connecticut and Massachusetts that are not your typical convenience stores. They are typically over 8000 square feet with multiple food concepts, they offer Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations, outdoor seating with fireplaces, indoor seating, and free WiFi for customers. The finishes are higher quality throughout the store. Our goal is to create a destination that appeals to everyone and offers both a place that customers can grab a quick bite to eat through our drive thru or come in a relax for a bit inside. Within these NTI convenience our food concepts will include a sandwich shop, a coffee/breakfast sandwich concept and our own Frisbie Ice Cream. This rapid growth creates numerous opportunities for promotion and working in all aspects of the business from food, to convenience store, to the car wash and beyond. As we grow, so will our organizational structure and there are positions coming that we don’t even know we will need yet. Within the food alone, the opportunity to advance and move up into District and Regional Manager roles and higher is coming within the next 18 to 24 months!
